raising awareness on the issue of agricultural diversity management

formicablu produced a photographic exhibition as one of the DYNAVERSITY project’s dissemination activities. this aimed at raising awareness among a wider public on the issue of agricultural diversity management and its contribution to sustainable development models from a social, economic, and environmental perspective.

the exhibition consisted of 40 images taken by photographer Italo Rondinella during a 6-stage journey through Europe – in Italy, Ireland, France, Spain, and Hungary. the images portrayed communities experimenting with innovative ways in agriculture, bringing back plant varieties, creating new ones, and promoting new supply chains.

the exhibition opened in April 2019, at the headquarters of the “Rete Semi Rurali” (Rural Seeds Network), which was a partner in the DYNAVERSITY project. it has since been on show elsewhere in Italy and Europe.
